Represents block instance reference. Wraps the functionality of the [InstanceReferenceGeometry](https://mcneel-apidocs-rhinocommon-7f6eb10c6967.herokuapp.com/api/rhinocommon/type/rhino.geometry.instancereferencegeometry/) type.
