# Grasshopper2.Components.DisplayExamples namespace

Assembly: [Grasshopper2](https://developer.rhino3d.com/api/gh2/assembly/grasshopper2.md)

## Classes

- [SvgThemedIconExample](https://developer.rhino3d.com/api/gh2/type/grasshopper2.components.displayexamples.svgthemediconexample.md): PROOF OF CONCEPT — an empty, hidden component that does nothing except carry an icon imported from an embedded SVG (see Resources/Icons/Demo/SvgIconThemingDemo.svg). Its only purpose is to demonstrate the proposal: SVG icons can participate in Grasshopper's runtime icon theming when their colours are authored as semantic roles (e.g. `fill="gh:Input"`). The SVG is parsed once by [SvgIcon](https://developer.rhino3d.com/api/gh2/type/grasshopper2.ui.icon.vector.svgicon.md) into a native, themeable [VectorIcon](https://developer.rhino3d.com/api/gh2/type/grasshopper2.ui.icon.vector.vectoricon.md). Drop it on the canvas (it is [Rank.Hidden](https://developer.rhino3d.com/api/gh2/type/grasshopper2.ui.rank.md), so place it via a saved file or the API) and toggle the icon theme / desaturate / light-dark to see the icon re-colour.
