Robustness: all orientation/insphere decisions use exactly filtered arithmetic with symbolic perturbation for cospherical input, so regular grids and other degenerate configurations are handled deterministically. Self-contained: depends only on RhinoCommon and the BCL.

Everything not requested is skipped entirely and left null.
