Windows implementation of [IAiKeyStore](https://developer.rhino3d.com/api/gh2/type/grasshopper2.components.descriptive.iaikeystore.md). Encrypts each key with DPAPI (current user scope, so other Windows accounts on the same machine cannot read it) and writes the ciphertext to a per-provider file under %APPDATA%\McNeel\Grasshopper2.
