Enumerates the possible states a GHP plugin can assume.

## Values

| Name | Value | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| None | 0 | Plugin has not yet been loaded, like at all. |
| Loading | 1 | Plugin is being loaded as we speak. |
| Loaded | 2 | Plugin data has been loaded by proxy. |
| Unloaded | 3 | Plugin has been unloaded. |
| Blocked | 4 | Plugin wasn't loaded because it objected. |
