Enumerates the possible ways in which leaves can be merged.

## Values

| Name | Value | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Small | 0 | Smallest leaves are merged first. |
| Large | 1 | Largest leaves are merged first. |
| Empty | 2 | Leaves containing fewest items are merged first. |
| Full | 3 | Leaves containing the most items are merged first. |
| UnbalancedVolume | 4 | Leaves with the largest ratio in volume are merged first. |
| UnbalancedOccupancy | 5 | Leaves with the largest ratio in occupancy (item count) are merged first. |
