## Values

| Name | Value | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Recursive | 0 | Recursive enumeration is implied by the data structure and is also the quickest. |
| Small | 1 | Small leaf nodes are returned first. |
| Large | 2 | Large leaf nodes are returned first. |
| Empty | 3 | Nodes containing few items are returned first. |
| Full | 4 | Nodes containing many items are returned first. |
