Central collection of all constant values known to Grasshopper. Plugins may add constant values on load. Note that is primarily a User-Interface collection, the [Maths.Constants](https://developer.rhino3d.com/api/gh2/type/grasshopper2.maths.constants.md) class contains a lot of the numeric constants directly usable in code.
