The notations which make up a numeric fragment. Several of these combine, i.e. "6.02×10²³" is written using [NumberNotation.Digits](https://developer.rhino3d.com/api/gh2/type/grasshopper2.parsing.numbernotation.md), [NumberNotation.Separator](https://developer.rhino3d.com/api/gh2/type/grasshopper2.parsing.numbernotation.md), [NumberNotation.Scientific](https://developer.rhino3d.com/api/gh2/type/grasshopper2.parsing.numbernotation.md) and [NumberNotation.Superscript](https://developer.rhino3d.com/api/gh2/type/grasshopper2.parsing.numbernotation.md).

## Values

| Name | Value | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| None | 0 | Nothing was recognised. |
| Digits | 1 | A run of regular digits was written. |
| Grouped | 2 | Underscores appear between digits, i.e. "1_000_000". |
| Separator | 4 | A decimal separator was written. |
| Implied | 8 | The integral part was omitted, i.e. ".5" or "⅗". |
| Fraction | 16 | A trailing vulgar fraction was written, i.e. "7⅗". |
| Truncated | 32 | A trailing ellipsis was written, i.e. "0.333…". |
| Scientific | 64 | Times-power-of-ten notation, i.e. "6.02E23" or "6.02×10^23". |
| Exponent | 128 | Raise-to-the-power notation, i.e. "2^10" or "2³". |
| Superscript | 256 | The exponent digits were written as superscript. |
| Constant | 2048 | A named or symbolic constant was written, i.e. "pi" or "π". |
| Multiplier | 4096 | A numeric factor precedes a constant, i.e. "4π". |
| Hexadecimal | 8192 | Hexadecimal notation, i.e. "#FF8800". |
