# Colour class

Provides a way to store colours using a variety of spaces using high-precision mathematics. This is the class Grasshopper uses internally to store colours. Rhino, Eto, and .NET have their own colour types (usually [ColorRGBA](https://mcneel-apidocs-rhinocommon-7f6eb10c6967.herokuapp.com/api/rhinocommon/type/rhino.display.colorrgba/), `Color`, and [Color](https://learn.microsoft.com/dotnet/api/system.drawing.color), but there are many more), so you may need to convert to and from those types to [Colour](https://developer.rhino3d.com/api/gh2/type/grasshopper2.types.colour.colour.md) on a per-case basis.
