Enumerates the defined kinds of panel rules.

## Values

| Name | Value | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Show | 0 | Show an item. |
| Hide | 1 | Hide an item. |
| Move | 2 | Move an item to a different Chapter, Section or both. |
| Slot | 3 | Change the slot of an item. |
| Rank | 4 | Change the rank of an item. |
| Sort | 5 | Change the sort key for an item. |
| Tint | 6 | Change the colour of a tab. |
| Cite | 7 | Import an existing set of named rules. |
| Note | 8 | A comment which is does not actually affect an organistion. |
