Method used for operating on root nodes inside an archive.

**Signature:**

```

**Parameters:**

- `path` ([string](https://learn.microsoft.com/dotnet/api/system.string)): Path of root.
- `root` ([Node](https://developer.rhino3d.com/api/gh2/type/grasshopperio.database.node.md)): Root node.
- `childToken` (out [object](https://learn.microsoft.com/dotnet/api/system.object)): Token to be passed to all immediate children and items of this root.
