```cs
public class ReduceMeshParameters
```

Parameters for Reduce method

## Constructors

- [ReduceMeshParameters](https://developer.rhino3d.com/api/rhinocommon/type/rhino.geometry.reducemeshparameters/ctor.md): Constructs a polygon reduction parameter object with default values. Users of this class should not rely on default values to stay constant across service releases.

## Properties

- [Accuracy](https://developer.rhino3d.com/api/rhinocommon/type/rhino.geometry.reducemeshparameters/accuracy.md): Integer from 1 to 10 telling how accurate reduction algorithm to use. Greater number gives more accurate results
- [AllowDistortion](https://developer.rhino3d.com/api/rhinocommon/type/rhino.geometry.reducemeshparameters/allowdistortion.md): If true, faces are removed until [ReduceMeshParameters.DesiredPolygonCount](https://developer.rhino3d.com/api/rhinocommon/type/rhino.geometry.reducemeshparameters/desiredpolygoncount.md) is reached, distorting the shape as needed. If false, only flat (coplanar) regions are simplified, which leaves the shape unchanged and ignores [ReduceMeshParameters.DesiredPolygonCount](https://developer.rhino3d.com/api/rhinocommon/type/rhino.geometry.reducemeshparameters/desiredpolygoncount.md).
- [CancelToken](https://developer.rhino3d.com/api/rhinocommon/type/rhino.geometry.reducemeshparameters/canceltoken.md)
- [DesiredPolygonCount](https://developer.rhino3d.com/api/rhinocommon/type/rhino.geometry.reducemeshparameters/desiredpolygoncount.md): Desired or target number of faces
- [Error](https://developer.rhino3d.com/api/rhinocommon/type/rhino.geometry.reducemeshparameters/error.md)
- [FaceTags](https://developer.rhino3d.com/api/rhinocommon/type/rhino.geometry.reducemeshparameters/facetags.md)
- [LockedComponents](https://developer.rhino3d.com/api/rhinocommon/type/rhino.geometry.reducemeshparameters/lockedcomponents.md): List of topological mesh vertices and mesh vertices that will not be moved or deleted in reduction process. Each mesh vertex will lock the corresponding topological mesh vertex. In other words it is not possible to have a locked and non-locked mesh vertex at the same location.
- [NormalizeMeshSize](https://developer.rhino3d.com/api/rhinocommon/type/rhino.geometry.reducemeshparameters/normalizemeshsize.md): If true mesh is fitted to an axis aligned unit cube until reduction is complete
- [ProgressReporter](https://developer.rhino3d.com/api/rhinocommon/type/rhino.geometry.reducemeshparameters/progressreporter.md)
