Types

Grasshopper2.Components.Standard.Accumulation
Enumerates the various data accumulation behaviours of looping cluster outputs.
Grasshopper2.Components.Standard.Chain
A single component wrapping a sequence of connected components.
Grasshopper2.Components.Standard.ChainAttributes
Attributes for the Chain component.
Grasshopper2.Components.Standard.Cluster
A single component wrapping a whole document.
Grasshopper2.Components.Standard.Cluster.ClusterDocumentUndoAction
An undo action for restoring entire documents inside the cluster. This heavy-handed approach was the standard solution until 2026/April/28 The Cluster.ClusterPositionUndoAction was introduced as a lightweight alternative to undo/redo changes to an inner document.
Grasshopper2.Components.Standard.Cluster.ClusterEntanglementAction
Grasshopper2.Components.Standard.Cluster.ClusterPositionUndoAction
Grasshopper2.Components.Standard.ClusterAttributes
Grasshopper2.Components.Standard.ClusterBoundary
The various types of objects sitting on the boundary between a cluster and its inner document.
Grasshopper2.Components.Standard.ConstraintComponent
Grasshopper2.Components.Standard.CoordinateFormat
Supported coordinate file formats. CoordinateFormat.Auto determines the format from the file extension and, for ambiguous extensions, the file content.
Grasshopper2.Components.Standard.CoordinateLayout
Column layout for delimited text files. CoordinateLayout.Auto reads the layout from the header row (or assumes X Y Z when there is no header).
Grasshopper2.Components.Standard.CreateMessages
Grasshopper2.Components.Standard.CustomiseRibbon
Grasshopper2.Components.Standard.DataFromFile
Grasshopper2.Components.Standard.DataToFile
Grasshopper2.Components.Standard.DebugMeshWithoutNormals
Grasshopper2.Components.Standard.DebugStackMesh
Grasshopper2.Components.Standard.DebugUpperVertices
Grasshopper2.Components.Standard.DelayingComponent
Grasshopper2.Components.Standard.ExportCoordinates
Exports points to a variety of text and structured file formats (delimited text, KML, GeoJSON, GPX, LandXML, WKT) — the inverse of Import Coordinates. Point meta data is written back out: the bake name becomes the format's name field, the Description meta becomes its description, and any other meta data becomes attributes/columns/properties (where the format supports it).
Grasshopper2.Components.Standard.FileDetails
Grasshopper2.Components.Standard.FileSlot
Defines the file slots used by DataFromFile and DataToFile, as well as other IO based components. The DataFromFile class provides static utility methods for populating input panels with these slots.
Grasshopper2.Components.Standard.GH1InteropComponent
A component which hosts a Grasshopper 1.0 component. This is needed whenever a GH1 component isn't associated with a migrator and must therefore be hosted. This only works if Grasshopper 1.0 is installed and can be loaded without issues.
Grasshopper2.Components.Standard.GraphMapperComponent
Component that hosts an editable collection of one-variable functions and exposes each function's f(x) on its own Number output. Successor to the Grasshopper 1 GraphMapper object.
Grasshopper2.Components.Standard.ImportCoordinates
Imports point coordinates from a variety of text and structured file formats (delimited text, KML, GeoJSON, GPX, LandXML, WKT). The format is detected automatically from the file but can be overridden, as can the column layout for delimited files. The "File" input is a file-flavoured text parameter, so it provides a file browser, format filters and automatic re-running when the source file changes.
Grasshopper2.Components.Standard.LogRecord
Grasshopper2.Components.Standard.LoopContinuation
Enumerates the possible loop iteration continuation instructions.
Grasshopper2.Components.Standard.Read3dmFile
Grasshopper2.Components.Standard.ReadTextFile
Grasshopper2.Components.Standard.RhinoPipeline
Grasshopper2.Components.Standard.SubDRaceProbe
Hidden diagnostic component that stresses the suspected data race in ON_SubD's surface-mesh cache. RH-96821. Call chain the race lives in: Rhino.Geometry.Mesh.CreateFromSubD(SubD) -> ON_SubD_ToLimitSurfaceMesh(const ON_SubD*) -> ON_SubD::GetSurfaceMesh(...) const -> const_cast<ON_SubD*>(this)->UpdateSurfaceMeshCache(...) which mutates ON_SubDLevel::m_surface_mesh and per-face fragment pointers without any lock. Multiple threads calling Mesh.CreateFromSubD on the same shared SubD instance race on that cache population. This component builds a curved grid SubD, then hammers Mesh.CreateFromSubD from N threads on that shared instance. It compares each thread's mesh against a serial baseline (vertex count, face count, fold of all vertex positions). Any divergence, exception, or invalid mesh is a repro of the race. Hidden so it doesn't clutter menus; drop into a document via a saved file or the API. The component doesn't need Rhino.Inside on any platform: it only exercises RhinoCommon calls that already work wherever G2 loads.
