StandardNames.Display
[UiInfo("Collection of standard meta data names associated with display overrides.")]
public static class StandardNames.Display
Collection of standard meta data keys associated with display overrides.
Fields
Anchor
#Name for specifying the anchor point of vectors in the display. Without an anchor points, vectors cannot be drawn in the viewports.
Diffuse
#Name for overriding the surface diffuse colour.
Font
#Name for overriding the typeface used in text display. The associated value ought to be a string, either specifying one of the standard typefaces (i.e. "mono", "sans", "serif", or "script") or an installed font family name.
FontSize
#Name for overriding the font size used in text display. The associated value ought to be an integer or a number.
Glow
#Name for overriding the surface glow strength. Corresponds to the "brightness" display setting.
GridLines
#Name for overriding the number of grid lines to draw in a plane display in each of the four cardinal directions.
Hide
#Name for hiding objects from the display.
NakedThickness
#Name for the pixel width of naked mesh edges: single-face edges without a twin, i.e. true boundaries. Zero hides them. When not given, welded edges' width is used.
NonManifoldThickness
#Name for the pixel width of non-manifold mesh edges, i.e. edges shared by three or more faces. Zero hides them. When not given, welded edges' width is used.
ShadeFalseColour
#Name for lighting meshes that carry per-vertex colours instead of showing those colours flat.
StipplingAmount
#Name for the percentage of the stipple pattern that is left out, 0 to 99. Only used when stippling is on.
StripeWidth
#Name for the width of the stripe bands, in screen pixels. Only used when striping is on.
Striping
#Name for overlaying diagonal stripes on shaded meshes. See also Style, which selects a stripe preset; StripeWidth and StripeContrast refine it.
Style
#Name for overriding the surface styling.
Symbol
#Name for overriding the display symbol of points. This key must be associated with either an integer mapping to the RhinoCommon PointStyle enumeration, or a string value from the following set:
[o] = Rhino.Display.PointStyle.RoundSimple
[O] = Rhino.Display.PointStyle.RoundControlPoint
[x, X] = Rhino.Display.PointStyle.X
[*] = Rhino.Display.PointStyle.Asterisk
SymbolInterior
#Name for overriding the interior colour of point symbols or other elements with two shades.
UnweldedThickness
#Name for the pixel width of unwelded mesh edges: single-face edges that have a coincident twin, i.e. the two sides of an unwelded seam. Zero hides them.
WeldedThickness
#Name for the pixel width of welded mesh edges, i.e. edges shared by exactly two faces. Zero hides them.
XAxis
#Name for overriding the colour of a drawn X-axis.
YAxis
#Name for overriding the colour of a drawn Y-axis.
Methods
ParseArrowStyleMetaValue
#Try and parse an Arrow entry from meta data.
Parameters:
| value (object) | |
| style (out ArrowStyle) |
Returns: True on success, false on failure.
ParsePointAngleMetaValue
#Try and parse an SymbolAngle entry from meta data.
ParsePointSymbolMetaValue
#Try and parse a Symbol entry from meta data.
Parameters:
| value (object) | Value to parse. Either a known textual descriptor of a pointstyle, or an integer describing one of the enumerations. |
| style (out PointStyle) | Parsed style. |
| angle (out double) | Angle embedded in value. |
Returns: True on success, false on failure.
