Represents the parametric equation of an ellipse.

Parameters:

x (float)	X coordinate of ellipse centre.
y (float)	Y coordinate of ellipse centre.
angle (float)	Angle of ellipse.
radiusX (float)	Radius along the world x-axis.
radiusY (float)	Radius along the world y-axis.

Construct a new axis-aligned ellipse equation.

Parameters:
