Parameters:

initial (Array)	Initial elements in sequence. May be null or empty.
count (int)	Length of sequence.

Returns: an array of BigInteger or double elements. Even if all sequence elements could have been int elements, the sequehce is still an array of BigInteger.

TryCreate

Create a new sequence expression.

Parameters:

notation (string)	Sequence notation.
failure (out string)	Failure reason if notation is invalid.
