Decide the opacity of a rung of labels.
Signature:
float TickLayout.LabelOpacity(int exponent, bool halfway, bool fits)
Parameters:
exponent (int)Power-of-ten class the rung belongs to.
halfway (bool)True for the halfway rung, i.e. the labels at odd multiples of five times the class below, false for the full rung of the class itself.
fits (bool)True if the rung can be drawn without label collisions.
