SuspendCollectionChangedEventHandler<T>
Using this on a subscribed event handler for the given TrulyObservableOrderedSet<T> will suspend notifications to the specified handler until SuspendCollectionChangedEventHandler<T> is disposed.

Constructor. Notifications from the set to the handler are suspended until this object is disposed.
